1. Do you provide free appraisals?

We provide free appraisals in anticipation of consignment to one of our upcoming auctions.. We also provide a paid appraisal service for the purpose of ascertaining value for insurance purposes.

2. Do you charge a commission?

We do NOT charge any sellers fees or commissions when items are sold through our auction venue. If we determine that your item or collection would command a higher price through a different venue, our seller’s commission is %10. This fee is all inclusive as we negotiate on your behalf with the third party seller.

3. How quickly can I expect to be paid for my item?

Sellers generally receive payouts within 14 business days following the auction.

 

4. How often do you host an auction? 

Eagles Corps International, LLC currently hosts four seasonal auctions per year. However, due to increased demand, we are anticipating an increase.

5. Where can I find information regarding shipping, sales tax, liability, returns and other legal notifications?

6. Do you accept returns? 

If an item is purchased through our auction site, we generally sell items on an AS IS basis. However, if an item is determined to be grossly misrepresented, Eagles Corps International, LLC will review and determine if a refund is warranted. Shipping and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and we encourage buyers to ask questions prior to placing bids.

7. Do you buy items or collections without having to have them consigned for auctions?

We are always interested in purchasing collections or rare items. Feel free to use our Appraise / Consign / Sell form to receive a fair and immediate offer.

9. How do you pronounce “Corps”?

We get this a lot…. It’s “Corps” (kor), like “Marine Corps” or “Corps of Engineers”. We promise, we did not name our company after a dead eagle….

10. Will you travel to appraise, take consignments or purchase?

We travel quite often, and would be happy to make arrangements with you.

 

11. Do you sell directly or through other venues?

We have a large network of buyers and relationships with specialized auctions throughout the world, and will choose the best venue for your consignment. Selling outside of our auction may result in a small sellers fee. Please ask for further details.
