Description
A collection of non-sport trading cards featuring various characters from the Marvel Comics universe, primarily manufactured by Fleer and SkyBox International between 1993 and 1996. The assembly includes cards from several identifiable sets based on visible markings and logos. Represented series include the 1994 Fleer Ultra Spider-Man set, identifiable by character cards for Hobgoblin, Wolverine, Spider-Man, and Deadpool which feature gold foil-stamped Ultra logos and vertical text. Also present are cards from the 1994 Fleer Amazing Spider-Man set, including the Wall-Crawling card, and the 1996 Fleer Spider-Man Premium series, identified by the Eternal Evil checklist. A 1993 SkyBox Marvel Universe Series IV card featuring the Fatal Attractions subset with Rictor, Warpath, Boomer, and Feral is also visible. The collection includes various checklist cards and cards from the Spectacular Spider-Man subset featuring the Lizard. Printing techniques observed include standard glossy finishes, gold foil stamping, and textured holographic backgrounds characteristic of the mid-1990s era. The cards are organized into several loose stacks and five individual display cards.
