Description
This is a 1983 Topps baseball card featuring Baltimore Orioles Hall of Fame pitcher Jim Palmer, identified as card number 490. The card front displays a main action photograph of Palmer in his pitching motion, with a secondary circular portrait inset in the lower right corner.
