Description
This is a standard newsstand edition of DC Comics’ The Forever People No. 9, published with a cover date of July 1972. The front cover features penciled artwork by Jack Kirby with inks by Mike Royer, indicated by small signatures in the lower-left section of the main illustration. This 52-page Bronze Age issue features an appearance by Deadman and includes a backup story titled The Sandman Battles the Man Who Knew All the Answers. The left-hand margin displays character portraits of the team: Big Bear, Vykin the Black, Mark Moonrider, Beautiful Dreamer, and Serifan. The main cover illustration depicts a scientist character gesturing toward a large, stitched limb. The cover includes the DC bullet logo, the Comics Code Authority seal, and the original 25 cent price point.
