RARE US Naval Balloon Machinest/ Gas Officer stationed in France. Later in 1919 he actually started Piloting US Navy Kite Balloons. Classic Naval Aviation Officer grade tunic in forest green. Any Navy Balloon material from WW1 is extremely rare.
