Description
Features anti aircraft on left sleeve and Alaska Command on right. Task force Frigid was 1 of 3 tasks forces created for winter eather excersises. Task Force Fridgid was the largest with 1500 personnel. With tensions rising with russia post WW2, the us wanted to be prepared to fight in winter conditions in case of war with russia. Dated 1946. No rips but small stains on back of shirt
