Description
With box and original guarantee paper.There were two versions of this watch, one with a moving head and one with a stationary head – this is the stationary type (aka version 2). These were made only in 1946 under the Kelton moniker, produced by US Time (previously known as Ingersoll, later to be known as Timex). The original movement was overwound and has been completely dismantled, cleaned, and repaired. The original crystal has been cleaned to a "like new" appearance. The band is new unbranded black leather with gold-tone buckle. It is running and keeping good time as of writing. Very desirable, difficult to find, and almost never running when you do. Having a box as well with the guarantee paper is basically unheard of.
