Associated with Private Second Class Jesse E. Phillips. included with uniform is paperwork which was found in pocket named to Phillips. Uniform features a custom snap and zipper front. 1st division bevo german patch. Post War German made Clutch back 16th Infantry Regiment Di’s and sewn on embroidered ribbon bar. Incredible uniform that deserves some research. Please note there is tread separation on ribbon bar
