Heavy silver pendant shows the first King George version of the medal with “Canada” suspension bar. The Medal shows some light scratches to the obverse. The reverse is lettered “For Efficient Service.” There are a couple of dark spots on the back side. Loose piece of ribbon drape. The best part of this medal is that it is named to a Private C. R. Snowball who served with the Toronto Scottish Regiment (Machine Gun). The Toronto Scots are famous as they were mobilized as a machine gun battalion and detachments of the unit to support Operation Jubilee, the Dieppe Raid in 1942. The medal deserves further research.
