Named to 2nd Lt. Charles E Woodley. Was a mechanic at beginning of war and transitioned to both B17 and B29 Flight Engineer Instruction. Included is his original paperwork and separation papers as well as an amazing lot of unrestricted photographs detailing components of the bombers at Barksdale Field School
