Description
Up for grabs is this authentic and exceptionally well-preserved 2nd state stereo Butcher Cover of The Beatles – Yesterday and Today, originally issued in June 1966 in the United States. This is the rare West Coast #5 pressing, and it’s a true stereo version, which is significantly harder to find. Stereo covers are estimated to be five times rarer than mono versions. The cover is in great condition with no seam splits. Through the pasted-over “trunk” slick, you can clearly see Ringo’s V-neck shirt, his head, and pant legs peeking through. The top left edge also reveals part of the original Butcher image, adding to its authenticity and collector appeal.. The matching stereo LP is in ok condition, showing .Also included is the original 1966 Golden Rod Capitol Records inner sleeve.
