Description
US Army medal group, SAW-WWI three campaign & WWI Victory. ID’d. Very nice numbered campaign medals grouping. SAW Service (#2178), Philippine Campaign (No. 15773), Mexican Border Service (7642), WWI Victory. Campaign medals officially numbered, medals are all in VG+ condition, ribbons appear to be old redrapes and have original broaches. WWI Victory is all original. Medals were issued to Sgt.1st Cl. Harry Brotherton, Med. Dept. Retired in New York as 1st Lt. in 1920. Includes research from archives documenting issue of the three Campaign medals and their issue numbers. Very nice group.
