Description
An American comic book, Marvel Comics X-MEN -62, published in November 1969, originally priced at 15?. The front cover, featuring art by Neal Adams, depicts Ka-Zar, accompanied by Zabu, interacting with several X-Men characters against a backdrop of glowing energy. The cover includes the main title -THE STRANGEST TEENS OF ALL!- and a prominent caption -NOW STRIKES… KA-ZAR!-. The -Approved by the Comics Code Authority- seal is visible in the upper right corner. This issue is notable for the first appearance of the Savage Land Mutates and Magneto appearing without his helmet. The reverse features a full-page advertisement for -Famous Artists Schools, – headlined -We-re looking for people who like to draw- attributed to Norman Rockwell, with an illustration of a painter and student.
