The front cover, attributed to Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers, depicts Captain America battling the Human Torch above a city, featuring text such as -CAPTAIN AMERICA RETURNS TO CHALLENGE THE HUMAN TORCH!- and -FROM OUT OF THE GOLDEN AGE OF COMICS INTO THE MARVEL AGE.- The back cover is a full-page advertisement for -Famous Artists Schools.- The CGC label notes a Stan Lee story, Steve Ditko and George Roussos interior art, and key details including an -Acrobat disguised as Captain America, – the -1st -Captain America- since 1954,- and the -1st appearance of Victoria Bentley.- The overall presentation is consistent with a well-preserved Silver Age comic book.
