The front cover features a 30-cent price point and depicts a battle between the Hulk and Doc Samson with SHIELD elements and the Comics Code Authority seal. The reverse of the book contains a full-page color advertisement for the American Seed Co. rewards program. The publication is a standard Bronze Age Marvel comic.
