Description
Superman issue number 149, published in November 1961 by DC National Comics. This Silver Age comic book features the story arc titled The Death of Superman. The front cover displays artwork by Curt Swan and George Klein depicting Lex Luthor examining a restrained Superman with a stethoscope, observed by Jimmy Olsen, Lois Lane, and Perry White. The cover includes the original 10 cent price denomination and the Comics Code Authority seal. The interior consists of newsprint pages. The back cover features a full-page color advertisement for the American Specialty Co. titled Make Money Get Prizes, illustrating various products including a Kodak camera, transistor radios, and a typewriter.
