Description
Marvel Comics The X-Men issue number 24, published September 1966. This Silver Age comic book features the story titled The Plague of the Locust!, written by Roy Thomas with illustrations by Werner Roth. The issue is recognized for the first appearance and origin of the villain known as the Locust.
