The front cover, with a 12 cent cover price, features the story title To Squash a Beetle! and depicts Daredevil in a confrontation with The Beetle before a crowd. The Comics Code Authority seal is located in the top right corner. The back cover contains a full-page advertisement for the Famous Artists Schools featuring an illustration of Norman Rockwell and a list of the founding faculty.
