The cover art, credited to Jack Kirby and Jim Steranko, illustrates Nick Fury in a combat scene with the headline The Moment of.. Overkill!. The front cover displays the original 12 cent price. The reverse features a full-page advertisement for the Famous Artists School featuring Norman Rockwell.
