This collection features an assortment of mid-20th-century studio portraits, promotional stills, and snapshots, many of which bear inscriptions and signatures from prominent figures of the era. Identified subjects include Marlon Brando, Bob Hope, Jerry Lewis, Clark Gable, Kirk Douglas, Doris Day, Sal Mineo, Eddie Bracken, Don DeFore, and Herb Shriner. The collection also includes signed photographs of professional baseball players, notably from the Chicago White Sox. A handwritten letter dated April 1958 regarding the collection of these autographs is included. The items are mounted on hole-punched paper sheets, suggesting they were originally part of a scrapbook. The lot contains both black and white and color photography.
