Description
This lot consists of a black and white photograph capturing the 1973 Battle of the Sexes tennis match between Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs. The photograph is hand-signed by Billie Jean King in blue ink across the lower foreground. The item is accompanied by a Steiner Sports Memorabilia Certificate of Authenticity with serial number 030000218881. A matching Steiner security hologram is affixed to the lower right corner of the photograph. The piece is professionally housed in a white mat and a black frame. 16 x 20 inches
Condition: The photograph and frame appear to be in excellent condition. The frame is currently protected by paper corner covers. There is no visible fading to the signature or damage to the photographic surface.
