Description
This collection of NFL trading cards from the late 1990s through the late 2000s features various memorabilia and relic cards containing embedded swatches of game-worn or event-worn jerseys and leather football materials. The group includes cards from manufacturers such as Donruss Threads, Leaf Certified Materials, Upper Deck MVP, SP Authentic, Fleer Ultra, Pacific Private Stock, and Playoff. Notable players represented include Emmitt Smith, Shaun Alexander, Doug Flutie, Isaac Bruce, Jake Reed, Ray Lewis, Brian Urlacher, Julius Peppers, Alge Crumpler, and Wayne Chrebet. Specific subsets featured include Freshman Fabric, Crusade, Fabric of the Game, Leather and Laces, and Freshman Orientation. Several examples exhibit reflective foil finishes and limited edition serial numbering, such as a Wane McGarity card numbered 07/89. A triple relic card features swatches from Julius Peppers, Brian Urlacher, and Ray Lewis. The cards are constructed on thicker-gauge memorabilia cardstock.
Condition: The cards appear to be in good overall condition. Some examples exhibit minor edge or corner wear characteristic of thicker-gauge memorabilia cardstock.
