Description
A collection of color photographs depicting players and coaching staff for the New York Mets, dating to the mid-1960s. The subjects identified by labels on the reverse include manager Casey Stengel (identified as Charles Stengel), Warren Spahn, Tug McGraw, Ed Kranepool, Ron Hunt, Cleon Jones, Wes Westrum, Joe Christopher, and John Fisher. The photographs are professionally mounted within a blue mat and housed in a blue metal frame. The glazing is TruGuard UV-protective glass. The reverse of the frame features individual typewritten identification labels for the subjects, a label for B&G Color Adv. of Haledon, New Jersey, and a business label for Lake Country Framing of Geneva, New York.
Condition: The collection appears to be in good, well-preserved condition. The photographs retain strong color density with no visible signs of foxing or moisture damage. The matting and frame are structurally sound with only minor surface wear consistent with age and handling.
