Description
US military M1936 field suspenders constructed from heavy-duty khaki Olive Drab No. 3 canvas webbing. This pattern features two adjustable shoulder straps joined by a Y-shaped back strap. The assembly includes metal D-rings on the shoulders and spring-loaded snap hooks at the strap ends for attachment to a pistol or cartridge belt. The underside of one shoulder strap contains a faint ink stamp with the date 1942. The manufacturer name above the date is present but illegible. The adjustment straps are finished with metal tips.
