Description
Special Ops Helmet. Not a pilot’s helmet. This is a issue kevlar special operation flying/jump helmets. Standard flying helmets are not impact resistant enough to be jump rated so the military issues a duplicate of the pilot’s helmet except it?s a slightly different color and the shell is kevlar instead of nylon (so its a little heavier). This is a rare item. It comes with a 5/p HALO (High Altitude Low Opening) Mask and a detachable bayonet mic (only authorized for special ops). It is a complete set. Includes rear pouch and com cord for onboard/jump connections and hot switch for going from boom to mic to throat mic. It has seen some action and has some dings, but this is kevlar, not nylon so there are no cracks.
