Description
U.S. Navy G-1 pattern flight jacket constructed of dark brown goatskin leather. The garment features a brown mouton fur collar equipped with a button-closure throat latch and a bi-swing back designed for ease of movement. The front closure utilizes a brass Scovill zipper with a leather pull tab. External features include two front patch pockets with button-down flaps, with the left pocket containing a dedicated pen slot. The jacket is designed with underarm gussets featuring metal ventilation grommets. The interior is lined with a brown synthetic fabric and contains a single vertical-entry map pocket with a snap closure on the left side. The interior leather facing is gold-stamped with a naval aviator wings logo and the text Authentic U.S. Navy G-1 Flight Jacket From The Original Designer Manufacturer. A black textile care label is stitched at the nape with gold lettering regarding dry cleaning instructions, and a small white size tag marked 44 is attached below.
