Description
A technical intelligence poster produced by the Technical Air Intelligence Center (TAIC) at Naval Air Station, Anacostia, D.C. The document features a detailed cutaway illustration of the Japanese Yokosuka MXY-7 Ohka rocket-propelled piloted aircraft bomb, identified by the Allied reporting name Baka. The diagram provides a comprehensive view of internal components including the 2,646 lb Tri-Nitro-Anisol warhead, pilot cockpit controls, and the three solid-fuel rocket motors. Technical notations specify the use of plywood for the wings and tail surfaces and metal for the fuselage construction. A secondary illustration depicts the Mitsubishi G4M Betty parent aircraft. The poster was printed by the U.S. Government Printing Office and is marked with the classification RESTRICTED and the date 10 May 1945.
