Description
This lot consists of an assortment of vintage and modern baseball trading cards spanning from approximately 1968 through the early 1990s. The collection is primarily composed of cards from major manufacturers including Topps, Donruss, Fleer, Upper Deck, and Score. Key items in the group include multiple copies of the 1980 Topps Rickey Henderson Rookie Card number 482 , several 1982 Topps Cal Ripken Jr. Rookie Cards number 21 , and the 1982 Fleer Cal Ripken Jr. Rookie Card number 176 . Other significant rookie issues present are the 1975 Topps George Brett number 228 , the 1983 Topps Tony Gwynn number 482 , the 1983 Donruss Tony Gwynn number 598 , and the 1987 Donruss Greg Maddux number 605 . The collection features a wide range of Hall of Fame players and stars such as Nolan Ryan including 1981 Topps number 240 , Mike Schmidt, Tom Seaver, Reggie Jackson, Willie Stargell, Dave Winfield, Andre Dawson, Lou Brock, and Dale Murphy. The cards are printed on cardstock and are individually housed in plastic top-loader protectors. Many of the plastic protectors have small white price stickers applied to the exterior surfaces.
