Description
A complete set of eight original theatrical lobby cards released by Paramount Pictures to promote the 1958 science fiction film I Married a Monster from Outer Space. Directed by Gene Fowler, Jr., the production stars Tom Tryon and Gloria Talbott. Each card features a photographic still from the film adjacent to a yellow panel containing the movie title in red and orange lettering. The credits listed include the primary cast as well as producer/director Gene Fowler, Jr. and writer Louis Vittes. Printed information at the bottom of each card includes the copyright year 1958, the country of origin as U.S.A., and the National Screen Service production number 58/383 in the lower right corner. Individual card numbers 1 through 8 are printed in the center of the bottom margin. The cards depict a variety of scenes, including dramatic character interactions and sequences featuring the film’s alien creatures. Dimensions: 11 x 14 inches each.
