Description
This lot consists of a collection of non-sport trading cards from the 1993 Marvel Masterpieces series, produced by SkyBox. The assortment includes a checklist card and a stack of base cards. The checklist card lists character names for cards numbered 1 through 51, including Hulk, Thor, Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Magneto. The top card of the stack is Vulture 2099. The series is known for featuring original oil-painted artwork by artist Joe Jusko. The cards are printed on high-gloss cardstock and feature character names rendered in metallic foil-stamped lettering. Each card bears the printed title 1993 MARVEL MASTERPIECES along the top edge.
