This is a copy of The Avengers Vol. 1 No.112, published by Marvel Comics Group with a cover date of June 1973. This Bronze Age key issue features the first appearance of Mantis and the first appearance of the Lion-God. The cover story is titled The Lion-God Lives! and includes the teaser text Also in this ish: The End of an Avenger! The cover art is credited to Rich Buckler and Joe Sinnott. The front cover features a dynamic battle scene with team members including Thor, Iron Man, Black Panther, Vision, Scarlet Witch, and Black Widow against the Lion-God.
