Description
This collection consists of several metal personal accessories from the early to mid-20th century. Washington St., Chicago, framed by a Greek key border. The third item is a silver-toned metal matchbook sleeve featuring a black-enameled relief of the Empire State Building with the text Empire State New York City World’s Tallest. It contains a blue paper campaign matchbook for Merrow for Congress featuring a portrait of Chester E. Merrow. The fourth item is a hinged silver-toned metal matchbook holder decorated with fine vertical pinstripes and a circular cartouche containing a script monogram J.
