The Amazing Spider-Man -149, published by Marvel Comics Group in October 1975, is notable for the 1st appearance of the Spider-Man clone, the origin and -death- of the Jackal, and the appearance of the Gwen Stacy clone. This comic book is professionally graded and encapsulated within a CGC Universal Grade slab, bearing a grade of 8.5 with -WHITE Pages, – indicating very fine+ condition. The front cover, attributed to Gil Kane & Frank Giacoia, features dynamic artwork of multiple Spider-Man figures and other characters against a yellow background, with key text including -ONE WEB-SLINGER MUST DEFEAT THE OTHER– OR HER LOVER IS DOOMED!- and -EVEN IF I LIVE… I DIE!- The story is by Gerry Conway, with art by Ross Andru & Mike Esposito.
