This issue is professionally graded by CGC Universal Grade at 8.0 with -WHITE PAGES.- It is notable for the 1st appearance of Kitty Pryde, the White Queen -Emma Frost-, and Sebastian Shaw, as well as a Mastermind appearance. The story is by Chris Claremont, with cover and interior art by John Byrne & Terry Austin. The front cover features colorful artwork depicting the X-Men characters engaged in battle.
