Description
This is a World War II era United States Navy Mark 1 fighting utility knife. The weapon features a steel clip-point blade with a single fuller. The hilt is constructed with a straight steel crossguard and a grip composed of stacked leather washers with horizontal grooves, terminating in a circular steel pommel. The blade ricasso is stamped U.S.N. over MARK 1. The accompanying Mark 1 scabbard consists of a grey-green composite body with a metal throat fitting and a heavy canvas belt hanger. The metal throat is stamped MK 1 over U S N. The hanger includes a canvas retention strap with a brass snap fastener. Made by CamillusBlade length: 7 inches.
