A set of United States military individual load-carrying equipment in Olive Drab canvas, dating to the Vietnam War era. The grouping includes an M1956 individual equipment belt, M1956 H-style suspenders, and four M1961 ammunition pouches. The belt is constructed of horizontal weave cotton webbing with a brass-finish T-buckle and metal eyelets for gear attachment. The suspenders feature padded shoulder straps with adjustable metal slides and snap hooks for attachment to the belt. The four ammunition pouches are designed for M14 rifle magazines and feature lift-the-dot snap closures with US stencils on the front flaps. Interior markings on the pouches include Federal Stock Number 8465-823-6938 and Defense Supply Agency contract numbers DSA-100-67-C-1024 and DSA-1-1701-63-E, indicating production in fiscal years 1967 and 1963.
