Cream colored cotton Gibson Girl blouse constructed with a combination of machine and hand sewing. Green velvet covered buttons and green velvet piping catch the eye and are in remarkable condition. Shirt skirting is tacked by hand to maintain the gathers. Pleated netting at the neck edge is unusual
