Description
Absolutely stunning yellow embroidered crepe Bolero jacket and matching skirt. The machine embroidery detail around the front of the jacket and the neckline is extremely unusual in all but the most expensive garments of the day. The flared sleeves are decorated with tiny gold metalic beads and double pleated edging. The skirt stands out with its wide band of embroidery and silk pleating under the wool hemline. The sweep is generous while the waistline has no pleats to make the waist look thick. Truly an amazing and unique example of the Edwardian period style
