The cover illustration by John Buscema and Dan Adkins features the Silver Surfer and the Abomination. Text on the cover includes Sky-Rider of the Spaceways!, Reborn… The Abomination!, and Gather, Ye Witches!. The back cover presents a color advertisement for the Famous Artists School. The comic is housed in a CGC universal grade holder with serial number 4381968004.
